Home Exercises

The right home exercises can do more than fill time between appointments. They can help you stay active in your recovery, build confidence, improve movement, and make meaningful progress toward feeling stronger and moving better. For many people, consistent stretching and strengthening exercises are an important part of reducing pain, improving mobility, restoring balance, and supporting long-term health.

This page offers exercise resources to help guide movement and recovery at home. These exercises may be useful for injury recovery, flexibility, strength, and general physical function. At the same time, exercise is not one-size-fits-all. The best plan depends on the person in front of it, including symptoms, medical history, age, sport, goals, and the specific problem being addressed.

At Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., our goal is to help people recover well, move better, and stay active throughout every stage of life. Use these home exercise resources as educational support, and seek medical guidance if you are unsure what is appropriate for your body, your injury, or your stage of recovery. When you need individualized care, you can book a visit here. Depending on your needs, your next step may also include wellness support through PSFM Wellness or performance training through Fuse Sports Performance.
