My experience ofay was great. My complaint is that I was given a $50 no show invoice (that I paid and wish I had not) I missed an appointment due to time change and I was using an analog clock - when I spoke to the office they were SO NICE and said we will just reschedule you. The funny part was, my appointment with Dr Kim was for 12:00 noon and I spoke with office at 12:10 and he was already out to lunch. When I got the bill I called and they said they would consider it and never got back to me. Walked in today and received a $50 bill.

Dr. Wenger has excellent bed side manners. He makes you feel very comfortable to describe your problems and particularly accurate with his diagnosis. Only downside, we had to wait in each cases more than 20 minutes, after we have been seated in doctors rooms. I think this could be streamlined for a reduced wait time.

Dr. Wenger is expert in diagnosing, explaining, and treating my problems, and fully compassionate in helping me understand how they affect - and are affected by - by the way I live and by my family life. He speaks directly to my heart as well as to my mind, so that I keep growing while I get stronger. I trust him completely.

Having just spent 3 years with my husband going through chemo and radiation before he passed away, and having my middle son having nearly a dozen specialists for his rare neuro-muscular disease, I wanted to make a doctor’s appointment for myself like I wanted a hole in my head! Lauren Eisenhower made the transition back to taking care of my own health so easy!! Everyone in this practice is extremely nice, and very responsive to your concerns. Could not recommend them more highly!
